                                     Licensed appraisals!!!

Why get an appraisal?...
At some point in a horse owners life, situations may occur that are unforeseen and require you to prove the value of your horse. It is a typically unknown fact, that when donating or gifting a horse, in excess of $5000, a certified equine appraisal is required. This is when you need a professional horse appraiser who is compassionate and can advise you of the proper process and procedures.

A lot of people don't "get" us horse, dog and cat lovers. Maybe your horse trailer costs more than the truck pulling it, maybe you let your 80 lb German Shepherd sit in your lap or maybe a laser pointer pen and some catnip is all you need for hours of laughter.

For years we've all been reading article after article about how we are destroying our environment and polluting ourselves. Unfortunately our animals can be exposed to even more toxins than we are. What can be done?

Brought together by our common passion for natural healing and animals, Animal Element was formed by Michelle French and Chris Jones.

Our mission is the make the most effective detox products for your pet.

All of our personal pets use our products. I always say that I won't feed my dog anything I wouldn't take myself, except maybe fish flavored milk bones. You could say we put our product where our mouth is, literally.

I am a authorized Animal Element dealer! Haven't heard of A.E? Well let me tell you..from personal experience with my gelding Swayze... I bought Swayz for a rock bottom price. He had the teeth of a 20 year old! His "shark fin" was less to be desired and he was fat.. not muscle. I put him on A.E. Its a powder form that is easy to use! You just simply put it in their grain! within a few days he perked up. This stuff is amazing! He is currently on the Animal Element Detox. His coat has improved. His top-line has filled in and he isnt so stiff! Feel free to email me at theequinebroker970@gmail.com for any tips or products! I run specials often!

I have products on hand and I put in orders regularly!

Horses must be evaluated before being advertised. Horses will be evaluated on the ground and under saddle by The Equine Broker llc. If horses are purely to be evaluated and not are not “trained,” they should be expected to be ready to go for sale. Horses that are not trained to the level necessary to complete a sale will need to be in training before being considered ready for sale. At no point will said horse be considered “Kid Broke”, “Green Broke”, “Fancy Broke” or categorized under any other term that can not be properly defined by the dictionary. General guidelines are horses for sale under $3,000 are considered projects to some level, $3,000-$5,000 horses should be able to do at least basic arena maneuvers w/t/c, stop and back up, as well as basic body control. Horses priced over $5,000 are specialty horses with either specialty bloodlines or training that will lend them to more upper level work. Owner must disclose any bad habits or vices of said horse. Any horse that may fit the description of a problem horse must be stated and my need extra training. For registered horses, all transfers and paperwork must be ready to go for the new owner. Originals or copies must be provided. Owner understands that there is no guaranteed period of time in which the horse will be sold. Owner will be responsible for care of the horse while they are listed for sale, including, but not limited to farrier work, de-worming, and veterinary expense. Training/ride time will also be the owners responsibility. Horses sold will be charged a 10% commission. This option is not available to all horses. This agreement must be completed IN FULL before horse will be considered for sale.
